1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, service, or product operated by Asmal Digital (including asmaldigital.com, aileadbuilder.com, train.asmaldigital.com, and related subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Asmal Digital provides the following services:

AI Lead Builder: A subscription-based coaching program with software, training, community, and live coaching calls.
Thinking AI Buildout: Custom done-with-you AI consulting and system implementation for businesses.
AI Mastery Programme: A 6-week hands-on AI training programme for teams.
AI Audit: A comprehensive analysis of business operations with AI implementation recommendations.
60-Minute Strategy Session: A private consultation with Muhammad Asmal.
Speaking: Keynote presentations and workshops for events and conferences.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and Access

Some services require an account or application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or applying for a service.

4. Payments and Refunds

Subscription services (AI Lead Builder)

Billed monthly at the published rate
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial billing periods

High-ticket services (Buildout, Training, Audit, Consultation)

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
For the AI Mastery Programme: no refunds are offered. If your team completes all sessions and homework and does not see measurable improvement, we will re-run the programme at no additional cost.
For consultations and audits: no refunds once the session has been delivered or the audit work has begun.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, or GoHighLevel payment systems. We do not store your card details on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and in our programmes, including text, graphics, logos, videos, course materials, templates, frameworks, and software, is the property of Asmal Digital or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

When we build custom AI systems for your business (Buildout services), you own the systems we build for you. We retain the right to use our underlying frameworks, methodologies, and tools with other clients.

6. Your Obligations

Use our services lawfully and in accordance with these terms
Do not share, resell, or redistribute access to paid content or services
Do not misrepresent yourself or your business when applying for services
Provide timely access, information, and feedback when required for service delivery
Do not use our services to compete directly with Asmal Digital

7. Results and Disclaimers

We provide tools, strategies, training, and systems to help your business grow. However, results depend on many factors including your effort, market conditions, team execution, and business fundamentals.

We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, or business outcomes. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future results.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asmal Digital and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

During the course of our engagement, both parties may share confidential business information. Both parties agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your use of our services at any time, subject to the payment terms in Section 4.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
